60 minutes of cardio yesterday. A ride at horse butte today. The scale was at "185" for the first time. Progress is looking good. Body fat is fluctuating, but I think that has a lot to do with hydration and time of day. Weight is coming off!
I'm impressed at the weight loss. Wish I could say the same for me, but at least I did my 4-hour hike this morning, and it could not have been any tougher. It's about the 12th time I've done it, but the first at around 200 pounds. It's on the schedule again in three weeks, so I have some serious motivation to lose the fat.
The weight loss is highly variable. I think overall hydration has a lot to do with it. I was not at 185.8 for long. Scale is now reading 187 and change. But overall - trending in the right direction.
Hey Chris, just saw your link on Rob's blog and wanted to say Hi and congrats on the great list. You got some great goals, I look forward to seeing how you progress. Hopefully as the weather gets better we can all get together and do some runs or bike rides. Take care!
