This is getting repetitive

Another day, another 60 minutes on the stair climber. I feel like I need to mix up my routine. But the stair climber is so hard! It's like the treadmill (meaning if you stop you'll fall off), but it isn't running so it doesn't suck quite as bad as the treadmill. And it seems to be working, based on my current stats. I did 30 min. @ level 11 and 30 min. @ level 12. I think I'll add a New Man Plan goal of one hour on the stair master @ level 15 - Bring It!

What was really lame is my iPod running out of batteries with 20 minutes to go on the second 30. That was a challenge. But I knew if I didn't do it, I couldn't blog about it. All of you inspired me - even thought I am sure I am only doing this for myself at this point :)

    For my part, I ran 12 miles (from Moonlight up to Palomar Airport Rd. and back) on Sunday and it was MISERABLE! I am slow, fat and out of shape, so it was as bad as you imagine. My goal was to get to the SDGE smoke stack, but I just ran out of time. I was sore enough yesterday to not feel too bad for taking the day off from activities. I'll try to get back to the gym tonight.

  2. Keep it going! I'm trying to get inspired... Your goals are more than I'm up for but they definitely make me feel I need to do something
