I am going to be traveling for the next three days. I am going to do my best to continue to get 1 hr of cardio in a day, but it may be tough, especially on Thursday. I went to Juniper for lunch and did an hour cardio, 30 minutes stair master (470 cals) and 30 minutes elliptical (455 cals).
Very nice. You are, believe it or not, 8 pounds lighter than I am. I hit the big 200 several months ago and have not been able to get under, which absolutely kilss me.
