I may need to reconsider my goals. I tried running on the treadmill today. I warmed up with 30 minutes on the stair master, then attempted 30 minutes at a 10 min/mile pace. I only made it 8 1/2 minutes before I had to slow down to a brisk walk. I ran some more, but only made it 15 minutes total. It was more mental than physical - I just hate running. And I suck at it...
The scale was at 185.0 this morning.

Keep at it Chris. My first run 4 weeks ago was 20 minutes on the treadmill and almost killed me. Today I ran 50 minutes outside and felt really good. It gets easier! Just push your time 2 or 3 minutes every time and you''ll be doing 10Ks in no time.
