As I thought, staying consistent while traveling is tough. I missed my workout yesterday. I didn't get back to the hotel room until a late dinner at 9PM, and was too full to exercise. I did hit the gym at the hotel this evening for an hour of cardio, and I am going to do my best to get up at 6 and get another hour in before heading to the office.

I finally got to my spin class today at lunch and will attempt to get up for the 5:45am class tomorrow. I may take Saturday off becuase I'm planning a 12-mile very steep hike Sunday morning and I ain't in shape for it! Good luck, Fatty.
